Raquel Mayol (ラケル・マヨール Rakeru Mayōro) is the Meister Otome contracted to Sister Shion Margaret in the Mai-Otome 0~S.ifr~ OVA. In this continuity, she does not have her trademark handcuffs. She wears a white Otome dress and has a pink GEM called the Bound Dragons Rhodonite which allows her to materialize two dragons, Gottman and Hiruki. She works for the church with Sister Shion who Raquel is romantically involved with and enjoys teasing.
Raquel is a friend and senior of Lena Sayers, who she aids in her efforts to release Sifr Fran from the hands of the Schwartz, and Elliot Chandler, as well as the classmate of Princess Sakura Hazakura, the Meister of Artai.
